Victoria Edwards began her career in music, trained as a pianist with a natural sensitivity to patterns and signals. That ability later shaped the early development of FIDO Tech, which she co‑founded with physicist Neil Edwards, the inventor behind its acoustic AI.
Together, they explored how sound could reveal hidden water loss in underground networks. This work became the foundation of FIDO’s technology, and contributing to the company receiving the Earth05 Prize for co creation in AI. From the beginning, Victoria set the vision: to use technology for the many, in service of a water‑secure world — a mission that continues to guide her.
As Founder Emeritus of FIDO, she remains closely involved driving forward AquaPlus, FIDO’s corporate water stewardship programme. For her, AquaPlus reflects a broader belief that stewardship and sustainability must be understood in their widest sense — economic, environmental and social.
This long-term commitment to responsible innovation led to K622. K622 brings together ethical technology, mentorship, and catalytic communities to address global challenges with cross sector alliances in energy, water, defence, health, AI, Quantum and global infrastructure.
